Once your return, cancellation, or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Please do not send items back before your request has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

At Muzy Baby, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which gives you more time than the legal 14-day withdrawal period.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may submit a cancellation request. If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.


Issues with Your Order

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions on the next steps. In approved cases, we may offer a replacement, return instructions, or approve a refund request.


Return Requests

Do not send items back to our business address without approval.

Unapproved returns cannot be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, including returns under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee or EU right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns, unless stated otherwise by our support team.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us first so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be in a clean and reasonable condition, with all included parts and accessories, where applicable.

Customers may inspect the item after delivery. However, items that are used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be subject to a reduced refund if the value of the item has decreased.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the returned item is damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or returned outside the applicable return period, unless required otherwise by law.


Cancellations

Once an order has already been shipped or fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returns sent to our business address without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

After your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
